When you hear about new techniques to lose weight, you really are enthusiastic to take advantage of each of them. However, some work for us while some give us side effects. Many people say that a strict diet is not good for one’s health because once it is discontinued people tend to gain more weight, affecting the body in the long run. For my health, I am always compliant with my fitness training programs. My Orange personal trainer made it easy for me to reduce weight effectively and even build the strength in my muscles. The best part is that the personal training program he offered varied all the time – making it interesting. It kept me active regularly. With his guidance and motivation, I have gone to size 6 from size 18. I can’t believe how much better I am feeling now after reducing from what I was a year ago. Trust me, I am satisfied and happy beyond limits. Whatever I have learnt here will never be forgotten. I will never give up and promise to give my 100% to maintain my body shape. Since then, I am consistent with my workouts.
